The AT2 500kV-900MVA transformer
The completion of upgrading
capacity of the 500kV Tan Dinh substation will contribute to increasing the
reliability of power supply to the power loads in Binh Duong province,
surrounding areas in the South- Eastern area and a part of Dong Nai province,
Ho Chi Minh city; strengthen the transmission capacity in 500kV North-South
transmission system, which serve the socio-economic development, ensuring the
national defense of the country.
This is the special energy
project of group B, of total cost of VND 265.1 billion invested by National
Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT);
PTC4 is on behalf of EVNNPT to
implement the project.
Scope of project: Replacing AT2
500kV transformer from 450 MVA to 900 MVA; replacing, constructing and
installing the relevant devices to make suitable to the new transformer.
Inspecting the conditions for energizing the AT2 transformer
The project was completed as
scheduled, contributing to completion of 2018 tasks by PTC4, and contributing
to the 10 year anniversary of EVNNPT establishment
(1/7/2008 - 1/7/2018)./.
