Energizing the 220kV power transmission project connecting Dak Nong Aluminium electrolytic plant

​At 18h10, on 2nd May 2017, at Nhan Co commune, Dak Rlap district, Dak Nong province, Central Power Projects Management Board (CPMB) combined with relevant units energized the 220kV power transmission project connecting Dak Nong Aluminium Electrolytic plant .

The project is invested by National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), CPMB is on behalf of EVNNPT to manage the project, Power Engineering Consulting Company 3 (PECC3) is responsible for project design, Power Construction Company No. 2 (PCC2) is responsible for implementation, Power Transmission Company No. 3 (PTC3) takes over the project management and operation.

Despite of many difficulties in compensation and ground clearance, with high determination, CPMB in combination with implementing contractor and relevant units have gathered human resources, equipment, combined with local authorities to push up project implementation even in holidays 30th April and 1st May so that project was energized in time.

The 220kV power transmission project connecting Dak Nong Aluminium Electrolytic Plant is of special preferential investment approved by the Government at Decision No. 822/QĐ-TTg dated 30th May 2014.

The project was started on 27th May 2016, with total investment cost of VND 160 billion, of which VND 135 billion is from commercial credit provided by Indovina Bank – Hoi An branch and EVNNPT’s equity.

The scope of project is to construct 03 new 220kV double circuit transmission line routes, of total length of about 12.74 km. The transmission line is constructed in Nhan Co commune, DakRlap district, Dak Nong province./.
