Participation in Ground-breaking ceremony
includes of leaders of SPMB and leaders of relevant units: designing
consultation, implementing, management and operation, as well as the key staff
of SPMB’s subsidiaries.
The project has a total cost of over VND 402
billion invested by National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT); SPMB is on behalf of EVNNPT to manage the project; Power
Engineering Consultation Company No. 3 (PECC3) is responsible for project
design; Power Construction and Investment Consultation Company 5 and Alphanam
E&C Joint Venture is responsible for implementation; Power Transmission
Company No. 4 (PTC4) will take over the management and operation when project
completes.
Scope of project: (i) Install 2 220/110/22kV-250MVA
transformers (AT1, AT2), 10 feeders at 220kV (of which 4 spare ones), 12 feeders
at 110kV (of which 7 spare ones), in 22kV side, outdoor equipment installed for
auxiliary power use purpose; (ii) new construction of 220kV double circuit
connected transmission line of a 240 m length from 220kV Ben Cat substation
connecting to the existing 220kV double circuit My Phuoc – Binh Long
transmission line.
The project invested to supply power to load
centre in Ben Cat town, Bau Bang district and surrounding areas of Binh Duong province,
protect against overload for 220kV My Phuoc substation; increase the system
reliability, strengthen 220kV, 110kV power supply, meeting the socio-economic
development demands for the area, increasing production and business efficiency
for power sector.
Understanding the significance of project, SPMB
focused and pushed up the investment preparation, construction preparation,
procurement procedures so that the project was started in end year period.
In coming time, SPMB will actively combine with
implementing contractors, consulting units in order to find out methods on
organization of implementation, construction of project, ensuring required
progress, labour security, environment sanitation so that project will be
completed as scheduled./.
