Thứ ba, 21/2/2017 | 16:20 GMT+7
On December 25th 2016, 5 220kV substation projects including Luu Xa, Nong Cong, Phong Dien, Phu My and Dak Nong were commenced by Central Power Projects Management Board (CPMB) together with implementing contractors, local authorities and relevant agencies.

The projects are invested by the National Power Transmission Corporations (EVNNPT), CPMB is on behalf of EVNNPT to manage the projects. The projects are expected to be completed from Quarter IV/2017 to Quarter II/2018.

The 220kV Luu Xa substation put into operation will contribute to meeting the rapid load growth demands in Thai Nguyen province; increasing power quality, reliability and flexibility in operation and power supply of the regional power grid, reducing power loss in power grid, ensuring energy security for the socio-economic development in Thai Nguyen province.
