In the context of the difficulties of the economy, the
development of the power sector and the business of the PTC1 faces many challenges
as: limitation of capital for manufacturing and trading, transmission grid
managed by the company spread across the Northern area of 26/28 provinces with
the diverse terrain and complicated; transmission line and substation system has
been operated for long time which has a lot of faults. Overloading, full loading
occurs frequently; Substation extension projects have completed and put into operation,
some projects are under completion...These require the effective management and
exploitation. The company’s Party Committee has overcome all difficulties and directed
its units to ensure proper operation, safety power supply for regions. With
solidarity tradition, venturesome spirit, fast catch and the resoluteness of
the leaders of the Party Standing Committee, the company’s Party Committee has
led Party organizations, and Party members to fulfill their assigned political tasks.

In
expansion of the Party, the Party Executive Committee and Party Committees have focused on carrying out
seriously self-criticism and criticism of collectives and individuals in the
spirit of the Central Resolution 4, XI.
Party expansion was focused and 37 Party Members were reviewed and admitted, 42
official Party Members were recognized; 46 excellent people were trained
knowledge of the party and 27 new Party Members were attended training courses
on political theory.
The
organization also has many innovations: Separated and established 02 new Safety
Technical and Dispatching Departments; Established Bao Lac transmission line
which belong to Thai Nguyen
transmission line branch; Established new Production Preparation Committee for 220
kV Do Luong substation - Nghe An transmission line branch; Dissolved the Production
Preparation Committee for 220 kV Cao Bang substation to establish new 220 kV
Cao Bang substation; Dissolved the Production Preparation Committee for 500 kV Hiep Hoa substations to establish new
500 kV Hiep Hoa substation; Dissolved the Production Preparation Committee for 220
kV Van Tri substation to establish
new 220 kV Van Tri substation;
Transferred 03 transmission line Teams and
01 substation from Tay Bac Transmission line Branch to Thai Nguyen and Hoa Binh Transmission line Branches;
Assigned Thanh Hoa Transmission line
Branch to set up a pilot repair Team in the central region and locates in Thanh Hoa.
Staff
task: There were 73 people have newly appointed, 07 reappointed and 04 people have rotated. In
which 58 people has promoted from staff to deputy and from deputy to Head,
07 people were considered for reappointment to continue to hold the
position of director, vice Director of transmission line Branches, heads and
deputy heads of the Divisions, teams, substations, workshops and company
Divisions. In addition, cases from major guard to technician.
Presentations at the conference, many comments also clarified
the causes and lessons learned of existences and solutions of the Party Committee
in the future. Recognition for its achievements in 2012, the Party Committee of
PTC1 were acknowledged by EVN’s Party Committee as clean and strong Party
organization; 03 individuals (Secretaries of Party Committees under Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh and Hoa Binh transmission line Branches) were
awarded the Certificate of Merit; 02 Party organizations (Tay Bac and Ninh Binh transmission line Branches) and 06
individuals were awarded the Certificate of Merit for clean and strong Party
organization for 3 years continuously and members are eligible to complete
outstanding tasks 03 consecutive years by NPT’s Party Committee; 50 Party
organizations and represents 03
consecutive years; 50 Party organizations and 70 individuals were awarded the
Certificate of Merit by PTC1’s Party Committee.
All guidance from Mr.Trinh Tuan Son,
member of Standing
Committee - Chairman of the Party Inspection Commission of NPT and comments
at the conference were received. Mr. Pham Le Phu, Party Secretary of the
Company concluded: 2013 is still a difficulty and challenging year, the Party
committee should continue to set targets to strive actively, promote the
traditions, constant innovation, leadership capacity enhancement to lead PTC1 fulfilling
its planning targets in 2013.
