The 220kV Vinh Tan TPP – Thap Cham T/L project is developed to transmit power from the Vinh Tan 2 TPP to the national power network, to increase the capacity, and reduce the power loss of the national grid, as well as to create connections of the 220kV power network in the Central Southern littoral area. The project is expected to be commenced in Oct 2013 and put into operation in Quarter IV 2014. The project total investment is estimated at 462.868 billions VND with the loan amount of 300 billions VND financed by the MB – Da Nang branch. To ensure the schedule of the power network projects that are synchronized with the Vinh Tan 2 TPP, and the power supply to the commissioning of the Vinh Tan 2 TPP, the CPMB has implemented the section spanning from the starting point to the supporting poles of the 220kV switchyard of the Vinh Tan 2 TPP under the 220kV Vinh Tan TPP – Thap Cham T/L project and transferred to the SPMB on 24th July 2013. The CPMB has cooperated with the local authorities to complete the Detailed Measurement Survey (DMS) of footprint and prepare the compensation plan; as well as has approved the compensation plan of 83 out of 173 positions and made payments for 76 out of 173 positions.

Mr Nguyen Duc Tuyen – Director of the CPMB and Mr Nguyen Van Dong – Director of the MB – Da Nang branch, have signed the credit loan to finance the 220kV Vinh Tan TPP – Thap Cham T/L and the 220kV Thap Cham S/S projects.
The 220kV Thap Cham S/S and connections project is developed to exploit the power of the Vinh Tan thermal power complex; increase the capacity and improve the reliability of the power supply; as well as create the loop for the 220-110kV power network in the area. The project is expected to be commenced in Oct 2013 and put into operation in the Quarter IV 2014. The project total investment is estimated at 453.535 billions VND with the loan amount of 360 billions VND funded by the MB – Da Nang branch. The CPMB is instructing, managing, and closely cooperating with the relevant agencies to implement the project to ensure the proposed schedule.

Mr Nguyen Ha Dong – Director of PTC2 and Mr Nguyen Van Dong – Director of the MB-Da Nang branch- have signed the loan to fund the 220kV Da Nang – District 3 T/L and 220kV Ngu Hanh Son S/S project.
The 220kV Ngu Hanh Son S/S and 220kV Da Nang – District 3 T/L project is managed by PTC2. The project is to ensure the power supply from the 500kV Da Nang S/S to the 110kV Lien Tri, An Don, District 3, Dien Nam Dien Ngoc substations and the upcoming 110kV substations such as Tien Sa, Ngu Hanh Son, Hoa Xuan, whose development plans have been approved by MOIT. These 110kV substations are to promote the inter-regional development of Da Nang City by supplying power for the eco-social components of districts Cam Le, Ngu Hanh Son, Son Tra; to facilitate the business-investment environment, and the economic development as well as to reduce poverty. When the project is put into service, the resulted loop configuration of the 220kV Da Nang – District 3- Doc Soi T/L will improve the reliability of power supply of the 220kV network from the 220kV Da Nang S/S, the 220kV Doc Soi S/S and the 500kV Thanh My S/S (via the busbar of the 220kV Hoa Khanh S/S) to Da Nang city. The project is expected to be commenced in late 2013 and put into operation in late 2014. The project is financed by The MB – Da Nang branch with the loan amount of 175 billions VND.
Under the instructions of the Da Nang City People’s Committee and other relevant agencies, as well as EVNNPT, together with the management of PTC2 and the CPMB, especially the support in financing from the MB – Da Nang branch and other credit organizations, these projects are expected to meet the proposed objectives and approved schedule, with the adequate quality.
