The meeting of Project Commissioning

The project completion is very
important, contributing to strengthening the power supply, increasing the
reliabilities of the system and meeting the socio-economic development demands
of Thanh Hoa province; the project is to celebrate 71 anniversary of August
Revolution and Independence Day –September 2nd of the Socialist Republic
Vietnam. After project completed, the 220kV Thanh Hoa substation will be
increased from (125+250)MVA to (2x250)MVA capacity.
This is the energy project of level
1, group C, with scope of replacing the existing AT2 220kV-125MVA transformer
by the 220kV-250MVA one; adding, replacing, installing the relevant equipment
to fit with the new transformer.
The project has a total cost of VND
68 billion invested by EVNNPT, SPMB
is on behalf of EVNNPT to manage the
project, Power Engineering Consultation Company No. 4 (PECC4) is responsible
for project design; Song Da Construction ans Services company is responsible
for project construction; Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation (EEMC)
provides transformers. Besides, participation in project construction also
includes PTC1’s subsidiaries: Thanh Hoa Power Transmission, Power Testing
Division, Power Equipment Maintenance and Repair Division.
With the strictly technical requirements
for equipment, a big load of works together with substation management, short
time power cut-off (3 days) for implementation, but with high determination,
overcoming any difficulties, with sufficient equipment and tools, the project
“Upgrade capacity of 220kV Thanh Hoa substation” has completed as scheduled,
securely energized and operated, ensuring the quality requirements.

to ensure safety, [rpgress and quality of project, Board of Directors, Labour
Union, functional Divisions of PTC1 and leaders of Thanh Hoa Power Transmission
have spent many time at site, encourage and create favourable conditions for
all staff and implementing units so that they can complete project well./.
