At the Conference, all officers and party members were listened to the introduction of 2 resolutions and 3 important conclusions ratified at the 6th Conference of Party Central Committee (the 11th session), including Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW dated Oct. 31st 2012 on the continued renovation of policies, legislations on land in the period of comprehensive push-up of renovation, creating a base that Vietnam will become a modernization oriented industrial country by 2020; Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW dated Nov. 1st 2012 on the scientific and technological development for serving the industrialization, modernization in the conditions of international integration and socialist-oriented market economy; Conclusion No. 49-KL/TW dated Oct. 16th 2012 on the socio-economic, finance – state budget conditions in 2012, plans on socio-economic, finance – state budget conditions in 2013; Conclusion No. 50-KL/TW dated Oct. 29th 2012 on project “Continue the arrangement, renovation and increase of the state enterprise effectiveness”; Conclusion No. 51- KL/TW dated Oct. 29th 2012 on project “Basic and comprehensive renovation of education and training, meeting the requirements on industrialization, modernization in the conditions of international integration and socialist-oriented market economy”.
Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Viet Thong presented the Conference’s contents
At the Conference, Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Viet Thong also imparted quickly the results of the 7th Conference of Party Central Committee (the 11th session) with the main contents: Conclusion on “Some issues on the continued renovation, completion of political system from Central level to local level”, Resolution on “Strengthening and renovating the Party’s leadership for the public relations in new situations”; discuss reports on explaination, acquirement, correction and edition of Draft revision of Constitution in 1992; discuss reports by Politburo on summing up 1 year implementation of Resolutions of the 4rd Conference of Party Central Committee (the 11th session) “ Some urgent issues on the existing Party construction”; Resolution on “Actively response to the climate changes, strengthen the natural resources management and environment protection”; Conclusion “Some issues on reforming policies on salary, social insurance and preferential treatment to the people for their services, reform orientation by 2020"; and some other important issues. At the same time, comrade Nguyen Viet Thong introduced the 2013 special subjects on learning and practicing Ho Chi Minh moral example “Learning and practicing Ho Chi Minh moral example on the public style, democracy, set an example; raising high the examplary responsibilities of officers, party members, especially the core leaders at all levels”.

Making an address at the Conference, comrade Dang Phan Tuong, Secretary of EVNNPT’s Party Committee clearly indicated that the Conference on learning the Resolutions of the 6th Conference of Party Central Committee is an in-depth political training, the participants are required to clearly understand and grasp of issues raised in the Resolutions, pay attention to the issues related to work. Based on the knowledge grapsed at the Conference and the provided documents, the Party Committee should organize activities to contribute point of views to the draft documents; continue deploying activities according to plans, guidelines made by higher level committee members, especially discuss the deployment of action programs on implementing Resolutions of the 6th Conference according to the assigned functions, mandates of unit and individuals; in order to contribute for EVNNPT to implement successfully the targets set by Resolutions of Party Central Committee.
The learning, grapsing the contents of Resolutions, conclusions of the 6th Conference of Party Central Committee (the 11th session) helped the officers, party members to graps thoroughly the contents of Resolutions. Based on the gained knowledge, the learners have the accurate ackowledgement, increase the responsibilities, determination in overcoming difficulties, complete well the assigned political tasks, contributing to bringing the Resolutions into our life.
