Dr. Do Thanh Phuong presented conclusions of the 6th session
Central Party Meeting.
At the conference, the participants have listened to the
implementation of conclusions and resolution of the 6th session
Central Party Meeting on the socio-economic situations in 2012 and the
forcasted contexts, targets, tasks and solutions in 2013;
To continue to
update the land policies in the renovation, in the spirit of “Land belongs to
ownership of entire people, with representative ownership and united management
by State”. The resolutions set out 11 orientations on further renovation and
completion of land legislations and policies, creating a foundation for out
State to become industrialized toward modernization by 2020;
To continue to
arrange, renovate and increase the efficiency of State enterprise; To develop
science and technology for serving the industrialization, modernization in the
international integrated and socialist-oriented market economy conditions...
Dr. Do Thanh Phuong required the Party Committee, all
staff, party members of PTC2 to, via this Conference, have a thorough grasp of
the main contents of Resolutions of the 6th session Central Party Meeting. Besides,
participants are required to fight for the wrong and hostile opinions and the
deviatory expressions in awareness. Though this political conference,
participants needs to apply creatively the policies mentioned in the Resolution
into daily work, attach the objectives of Resolution to the reality and
participate in monitoring the implementation of those policies in their agency,
executive committee.
After listening to
the report on propaganda and grasp of Resolution of the 6th session Central
Party Meeting, conclusions at the Conference, comrad Tran Thanh Phong – Deputy
Secretary of Party Committee of PTC2 has requested the Party cells and
participants of the Conference to deeply grasp the main contents of the
Resolution, consolidate the unification, solidarity on will and actions in
entire Party Committee of PTC2, as well as make an action plan and a wide and
deep propaganda to staff, Party members so that the Resolution will actually
come into reality.
