With the large volume of information need to convey, grasp in limited time, he proposed each official, member to focus on researching, thoroughly grasping, bravely exchanging the concerned issues to improve it thoroughly, gradually bring the Resolution into life.

Earlier, PTC1’s Party Committee issued document to guide plan on implementation and buying party documents for 28 subsidiary Party organizations in order to direct the grasp, learning, implementing Resolution of the 6th session of Central Committee XI in accordance with specific conditions of each organization in an economic, efficient and practical manner, striving for a target that 100% Party Committee Organizations in the Party Committee shall be completed before April 10, 2013.
