Signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between EVNNPT
and TEL
Participation in the signing
ceremony includes Mr. Tran Tuan Anh – Minister of Industry and Trade; Mr. Nguyen
Minh Thang –member of Management Board and Mr. Vu Tran Nguyen – Vice President
of EVNNPT.
The ceremony will help the two
parties to understand each other, strengthen cooperation between EVNNPT and TEL through
cooperation activities in some areas interested and for the benefits by both
parties.
With the mandates on investment,
operation and maintenance of power transmission system as well as target on
becoming one of the leading transmission service provider in Asia and European
South-Eastern area, EVNNPT and TEL will
exchange experiences, support in training, coordinate in studying the technical
aspects on safe and effective operation of power transmission systems of the 2
countries in order to find out the optimal solutions, increase reliability and efficiency
of the power transmission system of 2 countries.
Besides, EVNNPT will support TEL to find out about Vietnam’s power market,
the cooperation opportunities in some projects of Vietnam, including projects
on consultant services and construction of transmission lines and substations…
At the signing ceremony, the two
sides briefed the operation and results gained so far.
Chairman Dang Phan Tuong confirmed
that EVNNPT is willing to
cooperate with TEL in all aspects and hopes that the cooperation and
relationship between 2 sides will be further developed and efficient in future.
Mr. Cristian PIRVULESCU expected
that the cooperation between EVNNPT
and TEL will step by step gain the set targets, contributing to the strong
development of the power transmission systems of the 2 countries./.
