EVNNPT’s President and CEO – Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung had a site visit to check the implementation of projects including the 220kV Van Tri – Chem, 220kV Ha Dong – Thanh Cong Transmission Lines (T/L) and 220kV Thanh Cong substation. These are the important and urgent projects to ensure power supply to Hanoi capital in 2014 and subsequent years.
EVNNPT’s President and CEO – Nguyen Manh Hung had a field visit to check the implementation of important, urgent projects on ensuring power supply to Hanoi capital.
At the construction site, EVNNPT’s President and CEO Nguyen Manh Hung has listened to reports by relevant units on organization of projects implementation, difficulties in compensation and site clearance, etc… Mr. Hung requested the relevant units to directly meet with the affected households, enterprises and localities as well as listen to their expectations, closely combine with the Council on compensation and site clearance at all levels, study and propose solutions on compensation and site clearance so that the issues will be settled in a most suitable and appropriate way. In case the affected households, enterprises who have been propagandized and provided with appropriate compensation do not cooperate, assistance by local authorities is needed. The law-based strict methods should be applied by local authorities so that clean ground will be transferred to contractors for implementation.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung confirmed that EVNNPT has made available conditions and facilities so that the contractors concentrate on carrying out implementation. Concretely, EVNNPT have prepared sufficient sources of funds and when the contractors complete implementation, financial procedure will be made and funds will be transferred immediately so that the contractors concentrate their human resources, working tools to complete the work as scheduled and ensure the quality of project.
